How to Get the Fastest Quote
Peak season (March–July) means the phone rings constantly. Texting is the fastest way to reach us — it lets us reference your info even when we’re driving or on another job. To speed things up, please send:
- Your address
- A description of the work you want done
- The approximate square footage of the area (if known)
Photos or a short video of the space help us give you a more accurate ballpark price before we drive out — especially useful if you’re far from central Atlanta. This process helps us avoid wasted trips, which keeps our prices competitive for everyone.
Note: Between December and February we take some vacation time, so response may be a bit slower. Email is the most reliable way to reach us during that window.
Why We Charge Hourly for Yard Cleanups
Everyone’s idea of “done” is different. Some people want general tidying; others want everything trimmed to perfection. A fixed price can’t account for that gap — it invites disagreement later. For example, “trim the bushes” could mean a light shape-up or cutting them back hard, and the amount of debris to haul away changes a lot depending on which one you meant.
Charging hourly means you only pay for the work actually needed to reach the result you want — not a padded estimate built around someone else’s assumptions. We also work fast and efficiently, so hourly billing doesn’t mean a slow job; it means an accurate one.
If you’d prefer a fixed price instead, we’re happy to provide one — it will be based on our estimate of how many hours the job will take.
