Sod installation pricing is based on square footage coverage and the type of grass you choose. The different types zoysia grasses are in the high end price range while bermuda and fescue are on the low end price range. We no longer publish a pricing chart on this page since the cost of the sod from sod farm is constantly fluctuating. The following 4 costs are how we estimate your quote: 1) the cost of sod, 2)cost of delivery, 3) total labor {preparing soil– tilling removing debris from soil, leveling/grading, adding lime/fertilizer, laying the sod, and edging} 4)cost of top soil, fertilizer & lime.
If you know the square footage of the area where you are laying sod, then we can instantly give you a ballpark price of an installation job. Most of the time the square footage quote is accurate to an onsite quote; of course there are some variable that effect labor costs such as: 1) the amount of top soil we need to bring in, 2) the amount of labor required to grade, level, and prep an given yard, 3) the amount of trash that has to be removed (from tilled up grass, excessive rocks, roots) or needing to remove a stump.
In our effort to give you the fastest service in busy season we ask that you measure your yard and provide us the square footage of area you want sod. We may ask you to text us photos or video of your yard to help us determine some of the variable costs as described
